20th November 2021, at hospital, late of Old Park Drive, Ballymena.
Funeral service in Henry’s Funeral Parlour, 100 Broughshane Street, Ballymena BT43 6EE on Wednesday 1st December at 11.30am, cremation afterwards at Roselawn.
