The family of the late Elizabeth (Lily) O'Hagan, would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to everyone who offered support and sympathy during their recent sad bereavement.

We are deeply grateful to all those who offered condolences, paid their respects, sent cards, mass card and floral tributes, attended the funeral or watched via the webcam. A special thanks to our wider family circle from Australia, New Zealand and England for your kindness and words of support. This meant the world to us.

To Lily's carers, the paramedics and staff of Ward 41 Altnagelvin Hospital, we thank you for your care, support, respect and dedication during Lily's short illness. This will never be forgotten.

Thanks to the priests of St Eugene's Cathedral for attending the hospital providing spiritual support and pastoral care. Also a special word of thanks to Fr Farren for the beautiful service on Holy Saturday and for his compassionate and comforting words about Lily. Thank you to Annmarie Hickey for providing the lovely music.

Our sincere appreciation also goes to W J O'Brien & Son Funeral Directors, Eglinton, for their professionalism, respect and dignified in which they carried out the funeral arrangements.

As if it impossible to thank everyone individually,, we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our sincere appreciation.

The O'Hagan Family.

Queen of the Most Holy Rosary pray for her.
