We the family of the late Elizabeth (Liz) McDaid would like to express our heartfelt appreciation and thanks to everyone who supported us in the sad loss of a loving wife and devoted mother and grandmother.
We offer thanks to all who attended the wake and funeral. Thank you to those who sent mass and sympathy cards and flowers.
Thank you to those who provided help and support, food and refreshments throughout the wake.
Sincere thanks to Dr. Bedair and his team at North West Cancer Centre for the treatment and care provided during Liz’s prolonged illness. For the support provided by the Foyle Hospice and its members on Team ‘A’.
To all the carers from North West Care team who provided professional and sympathetic care at home.
The dedicated care provided by all the staff and doctors at Abbey Medical Practice, particularly Dr. Boreland, Dr. Vaughan and Dr. Casey.
To the management and work colleagues at Iceland, Buncrana Road for the loving support provided during Liz’s long period of treatment and illness.
Thanks to Fr. Devine and all who took part in Liz’s requiem mass and funeral, the readers and Lauren and Beth for the beautiful music and singing they provided.
