We the family of the late Lizzie McGorrey would like to thank all those who sympathised with us during the recent sad bereavement of our dear mother.
We have been overwhelmed by the support and kindness shown to us by our relatives, friends, neighbours and wider community. Our heartfelt thanks to Briege for the loving care and kindness she gave mummy. We are very grateful.
Thank you to everyone who called at the wake, attended the funeral and sent mass/sympathy cards. A special word of thanks to Fr John McCallion for his support and beautiful requiem mass. Also, to Ellen and Roisin for the beautiful music and to all who participated in the funeral mass.
We would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank Conan and Pat from Lavery's Funeral Directors, for the professional and dignified manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we hope this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our appreciation.
Mummy's Month Mind Mass will be celebrated in St Brigid's Church, Brocagh on Thursday 13th July 2023 at 7.30pm.
