ELLEN JANE SMYTH
Passed away on August 6, 2017, peacefully, at Carnalea Nursing Home, (formerly of 133 Upper Greenwell Street, Newtownards), devoted wife of the late Richard Smyth, dearly-loved mother of Margaret and son-in-law George, loving grandmother of Richard, Andrea and Karen, cherished great-grandmother to Alex, Morgan, Jack, Madison, Freyja and Faith. Service of Thanksgiving for Ellen's life will be held on Wednesday 9th August at 2.00 p.m. in Doggarts Funeral Church, Regent House, 35 Regent Street, Newtownards, BT23 4AD. Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired, (cheques made payable to), Alzheimer's Society, c/o Doggarts of Newtownards (address as above). We shared so much together, laughter, joy and tears, now all we have are the memories, of those happy years.
