Monica, Joe, Ellen and the entire family circle of the late Ellen R.I.P. wish to express their sincere thanks to all those who sympathised with them in their recent bereavement.
A special thanks to Fr Devlin P.P. for his spiritual support to Ellen and the family, and for celebrating a very special Requiem Mass. Deep appreciation is also extended to her dear friend Fr. Charles Lwanga Kaweesi and Fr. P.J. McCamphill for their pastoral care and concelebrating the Requiem Mass.
Warm thanks to Carole Shivers and Sean Scullion for the beautiful music; the church sacristans and volunteers, Fionnuala McGuckian and her team for providing refreshments after the funeral, and Wishy Drain who prepared the grave.
Sincere thanks to the doctors and staff of Ballymoney Family Practice, the district nurses, and the staff of Kennedy’s Pharmacy, who looked after Ellen with such dedication over many years, and the Marie Curie nurses who greatly helped her in her final days. Also heartfelt thanks to the wonderful team from Glen Caring for their support and care for Ellen in recent years.
Ellen’s family wish to especially thank the relatives, friends, neighbours and members of the wider community who supported them during this difficult time. Thanks to those who phoned, messaged, sent cards, called to the house and attended the funeral. For this kindness they are truly grateful.
Finally, sincere appreciation to McKiernan and Sons, especially Michael Óg and Gregory for their professional, compassionate and respectful guidance throughout all the funeral arrangements.
The Holy sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for the intentions of all.
The month mind Mass for Ellen will be celebrated on Saturday 19th July at 6pm in St. Joseph’s Church, Dunloy.
