Emmett's daddy, Emmett, his brother Eugene and sisters Caoimhe and Ava would like to thank everyone who has offered support and sympathy following wee Emmett's passing.
To those of you who sent messages of sympathy and mass cards, they brought us much comfort and were greatly appreciated.
We would especially like to thank the doctors and nursing staff of medical one and medical two of the Causeway Hospital, Coleraine, who gave wee Emmett such excellent care and made him comfortable.
We thank also the many healthcare professionals who tended Emmett for many years including ward 6 staff and nurses, Dr. Corrigan, paediatric doctor at Altnagelvin Hospital, staff at Ardnashee School, N.I. Children's Hospice, the Cottages Respite Centre, we also sincerely thank Dr. Heather McCluggage, children's paediatric doctor who cared for him so well along with Dr. Jenny Fairfield at Bridgeview House and wee Emmitt's social worker Thomas Kearney.
We also would like to thank those who sent food to the wake in particular the McIntyre family, Cornshell Stores, Subway, James Heaney Accountants and The Cosh Bar.
We would like to thank Christina Doherty, wee Emmett's hairdresser who did his hair for him on his final journey.
We would also like to thank Fr. John McDevitt P.P. Steelstown for his support and lovely mass for Emmett. We thank Two's Harmony for the beautiful singing at the mass.
Finally, we thank Bradley & McLaughlin Funeral Directors, especially Charlie McLaughlin and Charles Bradley who gave great support to the family during such a difficult time.
Emmett's Month's Mind Mass will be celebrated in Our Lady Of Lourdes Church, Steelstown on Friday the 23rd. September at 7:00 p.m.
