The family of the late Eugene McElduff RIP wish to express their sincere thanks and appreciation for all the support and kindness after our very sad loss.
A special thanks to Fr. Michael Doherty P.P. for his spiritual support, guidance and celebrating the beautiful Requiem Mass and to our friend Fr. Paul Turley who concelebrated.
Thanks to the singer and organist for the beautiful music, the church sacristan, the grave diggers, and The Fir Trees hotel for providing refreshments after the funeral.
The family wish to especially thank the kind relatives, friends and neighbours who helped them during this difficult time. Thanks to those who telephoned, posted messages, sent cards, visited the wake and attended the funeral or watched on-line, we are truly grateful.
Thanks to Jude and all at Quigleys Funeral home for the professional and dignified manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements.
Finally sincere gratitude to all those who cared for Eugene recently, particularly the staff of ward 3, the Waterside hospital.
The Holy sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for the intentions of all.
The month mind Mass for Eugene will be celebrated on Saturday 28th January at 7pm in St. Marys Church, Melmount.
