We, the family of the late Frances Lyttle, would like to express our heartfelt thanks to everyone who sympathised with us and supported us during the loss of our beloved mum.
Our sincere thanks to all the staff in Melmount Manor who looked after our mum in her last few months, especially her final few weeks. Especially to Karen and her team. Special thanks to the staff in Ward 4, Waterside Hospital. Words cannot express how grateful we are for the dignity and comfort they showed our mum.
We are also grateful to all who attended the wake, Mass, sent Mass cards and flowers. A special word of thanks to our cousins and friends for providing food and assistance during the wake.
A very special word of thanks to Father Mongan for his beautiful Mass for our mum and the beautiful music and singing by Sarah McGarrity.
We are extremely grateful to McClafferty Funeral Directors, especially Kieran and Warren, for their dignity, professionalism and support to all our family.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere appreciation. Your kindness will never be forgotten.
Mum’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated in St. Columba’s Church, Long Tower on Sunday 21st June 2026 at 12 noon.
