Maguire, Francis Cecil (1930-2020), passed away peacefully at home on 7 May 2020. Beloved husband to Mona and loving father to Denise, Mandy and Sian, adored Grandad to Serena and Michael.

Funeral service is private due to current conditions.
A celebration of his life is planned when circumstances allow.

Dear Mona and family,
My family (Ross and Jenny MacMahon and children) used to holiday in Gurteen, Roundstone (we rented Magee’s bungalow) every July during the ‘60’s.
My parents have passed on, but we their children all have fond memories of Cecil. And yourself. We send you our sincere sympathy and condolences. Cecil was a wonderful artist and a lovely, lovely person. I met him in Roundstone a couple of years ago and we had some nice memories to exchange. I’m thinking of you all at this very sad time.
