First Anniversary and Acknowledgment
The family of the late Francis Martin, Belfast and formerly of Enniskillen, Co Fermanagh, who died suddenly on 13th August 2024, wish to extend their sincere thanks for the compassion and support shown to them throughout their great loss.
We offer our heartfelt thanks to the many friends, neighbours, relatives, work colleagues and well-wishers who attended the wake, funeral mass and burial, everyone who provided support to the family at this difficult time, please know that your thoughts, kind words, prayers and actions were truly appreciated.
Thank you to those who sent floral tributes, mass cards, sympathy cards, letters, emails or texts, those who phoned, wrote or shared kind condolences and happy memories online, as well as those who made charitable donations. Thanks also to those who couldn’t be present but joined in the mass online.
Special thanks to Fr Anish and Deacon Patrick who celebrated the Requiem Mass, to the soloist and musician at the Requiem Mass in the Good Shepherd Church, Belfast, your kind words and beautiful music all helped make those ceremonies so meaningful and special. Thanks to the ladies of Holy Rosary Parish who provided refreshments after the Requiem Mass. Special thanks to the staff of O’Kanes Funeral Directors, Belfast, we really appreciate your willingness to have all our wishes carried out in such a professional, caring and dignified manner.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept our gratitude and appreciation.
A mass has been offered for your intentions as a small token of our gratitude.
Francis 1st Anniversary mass will be held in Good Shepherd Church, Ormeau Road, Belfast on Sunday 17th August 2025 at 12.30pm.
