We the family of the late Otis (Frank) Collett, 19 Brandywell Avenue, wish to express our heartfelt thanks and gratitude to everyone who supported us during our heart-breaking loss.
We would like to pass on our thanks to A&E, wards 41 and 42 of Altnagelvin Hospital as well as the palliative care nurses.
Thank you to all our relatives and friends who helped us throughout the wake and funeral. Everyone that attended who brought us food also mass/sympathy cards thank you.
Thank you to the amazing Katie and Miley, you sang so beautifully, thanks girls. Fr. Mongan and Fr. Lagan for calling to the house and Fr. Lagan for the beautiful mass.
We would especially like to thank Bradley and McLaughlin and Joe for the beautiful and dignified care they took of our dad.
As it is impossible to thank everyone please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere gratitude.
Frank's Month's Mind Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday 21st July 2026 at Longtower at 7:30pm.
