We, the family of Frank Loughran, Omagh, would like to express our sincere thanks to our kind relatives, friends and neighbours who sympathised with and supported us during our recent bereavement. We thank all those who attended the wake and funeral, called to the house, phoned and sent cards and messages. Thanks to Fr Hasson PP and Bishop John Keenan for their spiritual support and guidance during this difficult time. Thanks also to Fr Tony McAleese, Belfast for administering Daddy’s Last Rites and for his sincere kindness and comforting words. Thank you to the Sacristan and the gravediggers. Thanks to Malachi Cush for the beautiful music at the funeral service. We wish to express our gratitude to Joanna and all at Niall A. Loughran Funeral Directors for the dignified, professional and sensitive manner in which they carried out Daddy’s wake and funeral. We also express our deep appreciation to the staff at the ICU at The Royal Victoria Hospital, Belfast, including the Organ Donation Team. Their high standard of care and compassion for Daddy as well as for the family circle was a great comfort to us at a very challenging time.
Special thanks to Omagh CBS for the guard of honour and to the staff at St Joseph’s Hall and Omagh CKS for lending us equipment for the wake. We also thank the staff at Omagh Credit Union for their support.
Daddy was a precious husband, father, grandfather, father-in-law, brother, uncle, colleague and friend who was held in high esteem by all those who knew him. We are greatly indebted to all who have helped us and continue to help us during our bereavement.
Daddy’s Month’s Mind will be held at Christ The King Church, Omagh on Friday 1st March at 7.30pm.
