At hospital Fredrick Samuel (Sam) formerly of Mullycar, Greystone, Dungannon, loving son of the late Walter and Doreen and dear brother of Peggy, Bob, Emma, Alice, Davy, Charlie and the late Lucy, Andy and Tom.
Funeral strictly private by his own request.
Very deeply regretted by his sorrowing family and family circle.
