We, the family of the late Dr Garry O’Reilly,
wish to express heartfelt appreciation to all our relatives and friends
who came to Dad’s wake and funeral, and all those who have provided
invaluable support in various ways during our recent sad bereavement.
We are especially grateful to Fr Barry Matthews and Cardinal Sean Brady
for celebrating Dad’s funeral Mass so fittingly;
to Cathy Kelly and Stephen Cullen for the beautiful singing and
music in the Cathedral; and to the members of
County Armagh Golf Club for their guard of honour on entry.
We extend particular thanks to Hugo and the team at
JJ McArdle and Sons Funeral Directors for the professional and
dignified manner in which they carried out all the necessary arrangements.
We also acknowledge the kind support offered by
Dr Frances O’Hagan and the staff of Friary Surgery; Cordelia’s Takeaway;
Collegeland Gaelic Athletic Club; and Eddie and colleagues from Rumour Coffee.
As we cannot thank everyone in person, please accept
this notice as a token of our sincere gratitude.
Dad’s Month’s Mind Mass will take place at
St Malachy’s Church, Armagh at 7.30pm on Friday 8 May.
