The family of the late Gemma Shannon
would like to express sincere thanks to all who have supported them in their recent sad bereavement.
Our heartfelt thanks to the Carers, District Nurses, Lakeside Medical Practice and Marie Curie who provided unwavering support to Gemma and her family.
Thank you to the staff at South West Acute Hospital, Belfast City Hospital and the Royal Victoria Hospital for their care and support during Gemma’s illness.
To our extended families, friends and neighbours we are eternally grateful for your help, support and kindness shown during this difficult time.
Thanks to everyone who visited the family home, attended the Funeral Mass, sent cards, flowers, and donations in lieu of flowers.
Thanks to those who provided help in any way at the Wake and Funeral.
Thank you to Monseniour Peter O’Reily and Fr Joe Mc Veigh who celebrated Gemma’s Funeral Mass.
