George Herbert Baskin
Peacefully at Parkview House Care Home, Castlederg, 16th April 2019 (Late of 88, Strabane Road, Castlederg). Beloved husband of Sadie, much loved father of Noel and the late Joan and father in law of Doreen and Tony, loving grandad of Matthew, Joanna, Lydia and Cameron and great-grandad of Madeleine and Justin. George’s remains will repose at the home of his son and daughter in law, Noel and Doreen, 16A, Learmore Road, Castlederg from 6 p.m. today, Tuesday 16th April, Funeral from there on Thursday 18th April at 1.30 p.m. for Service at 2 p.m. in Castlederg Elim Church. Interment afterwards in Castlederg Cemetery. Donations in lieu of flowers please to The Faith Mission in Ireland or Dementia U.K. c/o Noel Baskin. Family time please from 11 p.m. to 11 a.m. and on the morning of the funeral. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his entire family circle. “When the roll is called up yonder, i’ll be there.”
