Hoy. The wife and family of the late George Hoy from 10 Primrose Hill, Dromore Co Down would like to express their sincere thanks to all those who sympathised and supported them on their sad recent bereavement. A special thanks to Pastor Paul Eagleson from Dromore Elim Church for his prayers and kind words of comfort at our home and for conducting the thanksgiving service, we thank you for being a continuous support and encouragement to George for many years he looked upon you as a friend. Gratitude and thanks to Dromore Elim church for organising the thanksgiving service, the worship team, those that seen people to there seats, technical support and those who provided and served refreshments after the service your help was greatly appreciated and our thanks to Dromore Cathedral for the use of their carpark on the day of the funeral.

We would like to express our deepest gratitude for the support of the Doctors, nurses and receptionists of Dromore Doctors surgery. To Andrew and staff from Johnstons Chemist for always being there to support George and for there kind words of sympathy. Belfast Cancer Centre, Newry Hospice, Southern Trust Palliative Care Team for all their care and attention. Heartfelt thanks to Marie Curie healthcare assistants Debbie, Kenneth, Dr Paul Rooney and Dromore District Nurses Sarah and Christina for all their compassion, kindness and understanding at one of the most difficult times of our lives .

We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to all family, friends, work colleagues and community who called at the home, brought gifts, sent cards and messages of sympathy, donations in lieu of flowers, attended the funeral or helped in any way at our home or on the day of the service. Thanks to the Pastors wife Cheryl for her personal touches and support at all times.

Also thanks to John Gamble Funeral Director Dromore for the caring, dignified and professional manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements.
