A letter of acknowledgement and appreciation from the family of the late Geraldine Ashe RIP, Antrim.
The family of the late Geraldine Ashe RIP, wish to express their sincere thanks and appreciation to everyone who sympathised with them during their recent sad bereavement.

We would like to thank family, friends and neighbours and a special mention to her dear friend Pat who has been a constant loving support to all of us over this past number of years. For everyone who messaged, telephoned, sent mass cards/sympathy cards, gave donations, sent flowers, visited the wake, who attended the funeral mass, those who travelled a distance to attend and those viewed the online Mass.

Many thanks to Canon Sean Emerson PP for his spiritual support and who celebrated the funeral Mass. We would also extend our thanks to Fr O’Reilly, Fr Jain and Brendan Smyth. Thanks also to Amy McAllister for her beautiful singing and musical contribution during the funeral Mass.

We would also like to thank all the staff in ward A4 at Antrim Area Hospital, to Antrim Castle Surgery, especially Dr Lewis, to the Community District Nursing Team, to all the staff at Clonlee Nursing Home, all the staff at Boots Chemist and special mention to Extra Care domiciliary team for their support to our mother, over the past number of years. We would also like to thank the staff at Rococo’s Antrim, special mention to Julie and her team who provided refreshments following the funeral Mass.

Finally, thanks to Bairds funeral Directors for their professional, compassionate and dignified handling of all the funeral arrangements.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually and we hope this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our appreciation and gratitude.

Geraldine’s Months Mind Mass will be celebrated in St Comgall’s Church, Antrim on Sunday 12th February at 11am Mass.
