The Lagan family wish to express their sincere thanks and appreciation to everyone who supported and sympathised with them during their recent sad loss of a much loved husband, father, father-in-law, grandfather and brother, Gerard Lagan RIP.

Thank you to everyone who attended the wake and Requiem Mass, those who watched online, sent cards, messages and posted tributes on social media. We would like to extend our thanks an appreciation to our extended family, neighbours, friends and local businesses who gave us so much support and care throughout the wake and funeral.

A special thanks to Fr Paddy Doherty and the many priests for the support and spiritual comfort at the wake and funeral. A special thanks also to Fr Peter Madden for his beautiful homily which brough great comfort to us all. We wish to thank Anne Marie Hickey and Aidan Watkins from St Eugene’s Cathedral Choir in Derry for the beautiful music provided.

Special thanks to Michael and Nicolas Gormley of JA Gormley Funeral Directors Maghera & Coleraine for their professional and caring support.

Thank you to Antrim Area Hospital and the Doctors and Nurses from Draperstown Health Centre. As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, we hope this acknowledgement will be accepted by all with our heartfelt thanks.

The Holy Sacrifice of Mass will be offered for your intentions. Gerard’s Month Mind mass will be celebrated on Thursday 18th April at 7.30pm in St Patrick’s Church Glen. Mass can be viewed via: st-patricks-church-maghera - MCN
