Acknowledgement from the family of Gerard Anthony Mallaghan R.I.P.

The family of the late Gerard Mallaghan 10 Tir na nOg Moortown wish to express their sincere thanks and gratitude to everyone who sympathised with them on their recent sad bereavement.

Special thanks to all our neighbours, friends and family who came to the wake and funeral, sent mass and sympathy cards, flowers, wreaths, calls and texts, brought food and supported us in many ways.

Heartfelt thanks to the medical staff in the Emergency Department, Majors from Antrim Area Hospital and the Paramedics who cared for and treated Gerard, Doctor Dalzell and District Nurses at Coagh Medical Centre, MacMillan Staff, John O'Brien and all the staff at Coagh Chemist.

To Fr Sean McGuigan for all his kindness and who celebrated a beautiful Requiem Mass. We extend our thanks to Lavery’s Funeral Directors for their professionalism as they carried out Gerard’s funeral arrangements with great dignity and compassion. Thanks also to the grave diggers. Thanks also to Kinturk for the beautiful food after the funeral.

Thanks also to Emmet and Roisin for the beautiful singing and music.

As it is impossible to thank everyone, we hope this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our appreciation.
