Gerry Mullan
The family of the late Gerry Mullan wish to express sincere appreciation and thanks to those who sympathised and supported them during their recent bereavement. They would like to acknowledge those who paid their respects in any way, including those who sent Mass or sympathy cards, offered condolences via phone calls, letters or online, and those who gave donations in lieu of flowers. Thank you to those who attended the wake and/or the Mass in person or via the webcam.
A special thank you to the priests of the parish for their spiritual support to Gerry before his passing and especially to Father McGrady for conducting the Requiem Mass and delivering such a beautiful and fitting tribute to him. Thank you also to all others involved in the funeral in any way.
Thank you to all health care staff who helped Gerry in his final days, especially Dr Doyle and the staff at Ard Cuan Residential Home.
Gerry’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated in St Patrick’s, Ballyphilip Road, Portaferry on Sunday, 29 January 2023 at 11:00 am.
Finally acknowledgment must be made to Ian Smith and team (John Smith Funeral Directors) for the professional and dignified manner in which they conducted the entire funeral arrangements.
