The wife and family of the late Giles Doherty wish to express our sincere and heartfelt appreciation to everyone who sympathised and supported us during the loss of our beloved husband and father.
We wish to thank all the Staff at Deanfield Nursing Home for their loving care of Giles and also everyone who previously cared for him at home.
We would like to express our gratitude to all those who attended Giles’ wake, funeral mass, sent mass cards and watched online.
Many thanks to Fr. Colm O'Doherty for the lovely Requiem Mass and also to Fr. Colum Clerkin and Fr. Francis Bradley for concelebrating. Thank you to Pat MacCafferty, Declan Carlin and Giles' grandsons, Niall and Fergus, for the beautiful singing and music.
A sincere thank you to Bradley & McLaughlin Funeral Directors for the professional and dignified way they carried out Giles’ funeral arrangements and for their support for our family throughout.
