Darragh, Girvan. The wife, son, daughters, and family circle of the late Girvan Darragh wish to express their sincere thanks to all those family, friends and neighbours who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement. A special word of thanks to the Rev Paul Jamieson for conducting the funeral service and for his kind words of comfort and prayers. To the organist Mr Samuel Purdy, and the ladies and gents of Hillhall Presbyterian Church for providing the refreshments after the funeral service. To the doctors, nurses and staff of the Northern Ireland Hospice, Ward 6D Royal Victoria Hospital and Dr Michael McQuillan and the staff of Linenhall Medical Practice for their unfailing care of Girvan during the last few months of his illness. To all those who sent donations in lieu of flowers to the Northern Ireland Hospice, letters of sympathy, telephoned, called at the home, attended the funeral or helped in any way. To S. D. Brown Funeral Directors for the professional and dignified way in which they carried out the funeral arrangements. Trusting this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.
