HANNAH CREIGHTON (née TAGGART)
Passed away peacefully on 17th February 2017 in Hamilton Nursing Home.
Hannah will leave her former home Knockcastle Park, Belfast on Thursday 23rd February 2017 at 11.45 a.m. for St. Columbas Church, Kings Road for 12.00 noon. Afterwards committal at 2.00 p.m. in The Old Cemetery, Cookstown.
Devoted and loving wife of the late Billy and a much loved and cherished mother to Heather and partner John. Wonderful granny to Kate and James.
