Jordan Hazel passed away peacefully at hospital surrounded by her loving family, 20th March 2024.

Beloved wife of the late Tommy, much loved mummy of Philip and the late Stephen, mother-in-law to Heather and Diane, a cherished grandmother and great-grandmother.

A Service will be held at Wilton Funeral Home, 298 Shore Road, Newtownabbey, BT37 9RW on Thursday 28th March at 10.00 a.m., followed by burial in Carnmoney East Cemetery.

Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired, direct to the NI Children's Hospice, Horizon House, 18 O'Neill Road, Glengormley, Newtownabbey BT36 6WB or online via https://www.nihospice.org/donate in remembrance of her great-granddaughter Penelope.

Sadly missed by her loving family and family circle. God saw the road was getting rough, the hills were hard to climb, he gently closed your weary eyes and whispered Peace be thine.
