Honor McCONNELL
Passed away peacefully on 21st November 2018 in the Somme Nursing Home Belfast. Dearly loved mother of Kate and Rory, grandmother of Sophie, Jamie, Hayley and Alexandra, and great grandmother of James and Charlotte.
Funeral Service to be held in Roselawn Crematorium on Thursday 29th November at 4.00 pm.
