Hughs wife Jean, his children Kevin, Danny and Colleen and their families would like to express our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to all those who supported us in our recent bereavement of our much loved husband, father and grandfather Hugh.
Our deep appreciation and sincere gratitude to the nurses and doctors at Altnagelvin Hospital, especially to the renal unit, Ward 50 and the ambulance service. Also to the staff in Feeny Health Centre and all the carers and nurses who attended to Hugh at home.
Thank you to our extended family, friends and neighbours for all their help, kindness and support during this difficult time, especially to those who travelled from afar.
Thanks to all those who attended Hugh's wake and funeral, who brought gifts of food to the wake, gave mass and sympathy cards, wreaths and flowers, telephoned and posted their condolences on line, we appreciate each and every one of them.
Much appreciation and thanks to Father Kelly and The Church of Immaculate Conception, Gortnahey, who celebrated a very beautiful and fitting funeral mass for Hugh. Thanks also to Father Joseph who has been a great support to our family.
Thanks to Jolene and Martin for the beautiful singing and music during the mass.
Also thank you to the gravediggers, Cathals flowers in Dungiven and to Foreglen Community Hall for all their help.
Finally, we would like to thank McLaughlin Funeral Directors in Dungiven for their care, advice and professional manner in which they conducted the funeral arrangements.

Hugh's month's mind mass will be on Saturday 30th September at 4.30pm in The Church of Immaculate Conception, Gortnahey.
