Beloved husband of the late Ethna, sadly missed and forever loved, from his son Thomas, daughter Claire, son in law Declan and grandchildren, Lennon, Mací, Lucy and Julia.
Hugh's 15th Anniversary mass will be held on Thursday 23rd July in Holy Family, Ballymagroarty at 7.15pm.
