The death has occurred of:
Hugh Hannon
The family of the late Hugh Hannon wish to express their sincere and heartfelt appreciation to all those who extended their sympathy and support following their recent loss. We are deeply touched by the generosity of all who visited our home, attended the funeral, sent Mass or sympathy cards, offered messages of comfort, or provided assistance in any way.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to Fr Declan Mulligan PP for his spiritual guidance and to Fr Des Loughran for celebrating the beautiful Requiem Mass. Our sincere thanks also go to the piper Joanne Grant and to our family and friends for their wonderful musical contributions, which added so much to the service. We are especially grateful to St Mary's GAC for the Guard of Honour, a deeply moving and fitting tribute that meant so much to our family and was greatly appreciated.
A special word of thanks to the doctors and nurses at Aghalee Surgery, Aghalee Pharmacy and the care team for their outstanding care and compassion shown to Hugh, he was very fond of you all. Your kindness has been of great comfort to us during this difficult time.
Additionally, we thank Diane Mulholland and the staff of The Gate Inn for the excellent catering provided at our home. Your support has been deeply appreciated.
Our sincere thanks to McAlinden & Murtagh Funeral Directors and the grave digger Kieran Mulholland for their endless compassion, guidance, and professionalism during what has been an extremely difficult time.
As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust that this acknowledgment will be accepted as a token of our profound gratitude. A mass will be offered for your intentions.
Hugh’s Month’s Mind Mass will take place on Thursday 18th June at 10.00 am in St Patrick’s Church, Aghagallon.
