The death has occurred of:
Imelda MARTIN
The family of the late Imelda Martin wish to express our sincere gratitude to all those who offered support, sympathy and kindness following our recent bereavement.
We would like to thank our wider family, friends and neighbours, and all those who attended the wake, Funeral Mass and burial, sent Mass cards, sympathy cards, messages and flowers, or offered practical help during this difficult time. Your kindness and generosity have been a great comfort to us.
A special word of thanks to the carers from Ann’s Home Care and Extra Care for their care and support of Mum. We are also grateful to the district nurses, the doctors and staff of Stewartstown Health Centre, Falls Pharmacy, and all the healthcare professionals who looked after Mum with such compassion and dignity throughout her illness. We will be forever grateful for the care you provided.
We would like to thank Fr McNally, Fr Boyle and Conor Maynes for their support during Mum’s illness and for bringing Holy Communion to her at home. This was something she greatly cherished, and we are deeply grateful for the kindness and dedication shown to her.
We extend our sincere appreciation to Fr McNally for his pastoral care and for celebrating such a beautiful Requiem Mass. Thanks also to the sacristan, Eucharistic Ministers, musicians and all who helped to make the Funeral Mass so special.
We are grateful to Joanna from Niall Loughran Funeral Directors for her professionalism, guidance and support throughout the arrangements. We would also like to thank the gravediggers and the Glenavon Hotel for providing refreshments after the funeral.
As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, we hope you will accept this acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation.
Imelda’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Saturday 27th June at 6pm in Holy Trinity Church, Cookstown.
