Downey, Irene (née Williamson) 2nd April 2023. Suddenly at her home, Glenmore Park, Lisburn. Dearly beloved daughter of the late Gordon and Lily Williamson. Devoted mum of Thomas, Jamie and partner Genna. Much loved sister of Anne, Joan, Mavis, Mandy, Margaret, Billy and the late Gordon. Dearest sister-in-law of Alan, Spence, the late Kenny, Paul, Neil, Karen and Jenny (Australia). A dear aunt and great-aunt. Funeral service in St Mark's Church, Ballymacash Road, Lisburn on Friday 7th April 2023 at 10.00am. Burial afterwards in Lisburn New Cemetery Blaris. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu of flowers to Ward 12, Lagan Valley Hospital (Please make cheques payable to S. D. Brown Funeral Directors) C/o S. D. Brown Funeral Directors 4 Sackville Street, Lisburn BT27 4AB. Will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her sisters, brother and family circle at home and abroad.
