Suddenly called home on 5th June 2026.

Late of St. Brides Street Carrickfergus.

Loving and devoted wife of Ken. Much loved mum of Mark and Joyce. Loving sister of Tommy and sister-in-law Helen. Cherished Aunt of Andrea and Laura. Sister-in-law of Raymond, Gerald and families. Devoted great aunt of Matthew, wife Lauren and children Anna and Calia.

A service of thanksgiving for Alexandra’s life will be held on Wednesday 10th June (time to be confirmed) at Greenisland Church of the Nazarene and afterwards to Victoria Cemetery.

Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired to Greenisland Church of the Nazarene c/o S&J Irvine Funeral Directors 31-35 Irish Quarter South Carrickfergus BT38 8BL (cheques made payable to the above church please; card payments welcome via telephone on 028 9335 1540 Mon-Fri 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Cash donations also welcome.)

Friends and family are welcome to call at the home of her daughter Joyce, 24 Woodburn Avenue, Carrickfergus BT38 8EZ on Monday 8th and Tuesday 9th June from 2-4pm and 6-8pm.

Alexandra will be lovingly remembered by her entire family circle.

Never selfish, always kind these are the memories she leaves behind.
Life at best is very brief, like the falling of a leaf, like the binding of a sheaf, Be in time!
