Isabella GODDARD (née Mulhern)
The sons, David and Mark, grandchildren, sisters and the extended family of the late Isabella Goddard wish to acknowledge the many expressions of sympathy and gestures of kindness shown to us following our recent sad loss.To those who called to the house, paid their respects, sent Mass cards, phone calls, messages, flowers and food, these were of great comfort to us all at a difficult time.
Special thanks to the staff at Ward 26 at Altnagelvin hospital for the professional care and kindness that was always shown to our mum during the times that she spent there. It was always greatly appreciated by the family. Also, to all of the Doctors and administrative staff from Riverfront Medical Centre who were so good, respectful and accommodating to Isabella during her illness.
Thank you to the Staff and Pupils of St Mary’s College, Derry, for all of the kindness and support shown to the family during this difficult time and a special thanks to the Year 10 pupils who provided the guard of honour at Isabella’s funeral.
We extend a special thanks to Fr Canny and Fr O’Donnell for their emotional and pastoral support shown to mum and their kind words of comfort. We would like to thank Fidelma McNamee for the beautiful music during the funeral Mass, and to Paul and Donna from Cod Online Catering for providing the excellent refreshments and catering during the wake.
Finally, we would like to thank W J O’Brien and Son Funeral Directors for the dignified and professional manner in which Isabella’s funeral was carried out.
We would obviously like to thank everyone individually, however, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our appreciation. Thank You.
Isabella’s Months Mind Mass will be celebrated on Monday 18th July at 7:30 pm at St Columb’s Church, Chapel Road, Waterside.
