The death has occurred of:
Ita CANNING
We the family of the late Ita Canning wish to thank all those who sympathised with us on our recent bereavement.
We very much appreciate the many people who attended the wake, funeral mass and burial especially those who travelled a distance to pay their respects. It was great comfort to us to see the esteem in which Ita was held.
We are grateful to the many people who sent mass and sympathy cards, floral tributes and letters. Thanks to family, friends and neighbours who brought food and helped out during the wake.
Thanks to Michael Dorman and Son, funeral director, for the sensitive and dignified manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out.
We would like to thank Fr Eugene O’Neill who celebrated the funeral mass and to those who participated in the mass. Thanks to Thomas Hamill for the beautiful singing and Rory Madden who accompanied on keyboard.
Our sincere thanks to those who looked after Ita during her illness at home and latterly to the Management and Staff at Sanville Nursing Home, Coalisland who cared for Ita in such a respectful and dignified manner during her final months.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgment as a token of our sincere gratitude.
Ita’s months’ mind mass will be held in St Mary and St Joseph’s Church, Brackaville on Monday 9th Sept at 7:30pm.
