Jack, 151 Old Eglish Road, Dungannon, loving son of Nigel and Heather and dear brother of Stuart, Suzanne, Michelle and Debbie.
Funeral from his residence on Thursday 10th May 2018 at 1.00 p.m. to Dungannon Baptist Church for service at 2.00 p.m. followed by interment in Cottage Quinn Cemetery, Dungannon.
