Jacqueline Ann Faulkner (née Lynn)
30th November 2016 (peacefully) at The Macmillan Unit, Antrim Area Hospital. Much loved mother of Jake, Marc and Samantha Rose, beloved daughter of Agnes and William Lynn and loving sister of Marie, Willis, Beth, Samantha, Helen and Stephen.
Funeral from the home of her Mother and Father 9 Mount Pleasant, Cullybackey on Friday at 1pm (service 12.45am) to Killymurris family burying ground.
