Peacefully at Hospital, Jacqueline (Jackie) 39 Clarefield Grange, Killyman, Dungannon, loving wife of Brian, dear mother of Leanne, Danielle, Nicole, Chloe and Brooke, much loved daughter of John and Daphne, sister of Nigel and Peter.
Funeral service on Sunday the 1st September 2019 in St Anne’s Parish Church, Dungannon at 2.00p.m. followed by interment in Cottagequinn Cemetery, Dungannon.
