The daughters, partner and family wish to express their deepest appreciation to all those who sympathised with, and supported the family following their recent, sad and sudden bereavement.

A heartfelt thank you to the caregivers, reablement team, Northern Ireland Ambulance Service and Ward 26, Altnagelvin Hospital, for the support they gave to the family.

Thank you to everyone who got in touch and called to the wake, attended the funeral, sent cards and flowers and to everyone who offered their condolences.

A special word of thanks to those who travelled long distances to be with us.

A special thanks also to all the kind neighbours and friends who brought and prepared food and who helped in many ways, before and during the wake.

A sincere thanks to Rev. Fr. Thomas Canning CC. Thank you to James Mc Shane and Joan Mc Crystal for the beautiful music and singing in the Chapel.

A sincere thanks to Charles Lynch, Funeral Director, especially Charlie Lynch for providing such professional and dignified service and support to us. Thank you to the gravedigger.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgment will be accepted as a token of our sincere gratitude.

Jacqueline’s (Jackie) months mind Mass will be celebrated on Sunday 13th October in St. Francis Of Assisi Church, Drumnabey, Spamount at 12.30 pm.
