Jade NELSON
23rd November 2020 suddenly at home. Beloved daughter to Blakely and Karen. Much loved sister to Christopher, Lee, Caleb, Elijah, and Malakai. Adored niece to Hazel and great aunt Fay, granddaughter to Hugh.
A private funeral service will be held due to the government restrictions.
