At Royal Victoria Hospital and late of 16 Freughlough Road, Castlederg.

Precious son of Shalane and Darryl and much-loved big brother of Nikita and Samuel and dearly loved grandson of Ruby and Bob McNeill and Pearl and Derek Rankin

House Strictly Private

Service of Thanksgiving for Jake’s short life will be held in St. Bestius’ Church, Killeter on Tuesday at 2.30pm, followed by interment in the adjoining graveyard.

The funeral cortege will leave his late home at approx. 1.45pm and make its way to St. Bestius Church via Lurganboy Rd – Castlegore Rd – Killen main street – Lisleen Rd – Shanog Rd – Ardbarren Rd – Scraghy Rd – Creeduff Rd – Woodside Rd this is an opportunity for friends and neighbour's to pay their respects, please adhere to government regulations and keep a safe distance while doing so.

Donations in lieu if desired to Castlederg terminally ill patient comfort fund and “Bright and Beautiful Campaign” St. Bestius’ Church
