Cherished memories of

James Ernest (Ernie) Watson departed this life on 20th December 2021
Dearly loved husband of Dorothy, precious father of Joy, John, Jim, father-in -law of Ian, devoted grandfather of Alanna and Thomas (Nicola) much loved, granda Ernie to Ryan, Ruby, Ellie, Leanna and Brooke.

Sadly, missed by Dorothy and the entire family

Time like the horses’ trots on.
It’s been a year now since your gone.
We miss you from your fireside chair.
Your footsteps in the hall.
Or you out sitting on the wall.

Around the sales and the marts.
Driving your Skoda or the cattle Lorry.
You were never in a hurry.
Going to Canary to see the cattle
Or drumming in the yard

Away to the drumming match on a Saturday night.
Sure, this was your delight.
You always had time for the craic and the banter.
Capper, Conroy, Fee, Johnston, and Willis still call
Its then we miss you most of all.
When old stories and memories are recalled.
Many a tear is shed among all the cheer.

When our lives here on earth are over.
We will meet you on the other side
Wait for us on that Golden shore
Our Champion of Tamnamore.
United again free from all sorrow and pain.
The family chain will link again.

Have you considered?
