James (Jim) Keenan
We, the family of the late James (Jim) Keenan, Hilltown, Co. Down, wish to express our sincere gratitude for the kindness and support shown to us during our recent bereavement.
We offer our heartfelt thanks to the many family, friends and neighbours who called to the house and provided us with emotional and practical support during the wake, mass and burial. For those who telephoned, travelled long distances, brought food, sent cards and messages of condolences as well as those who made charitable donations, we are truly grateful.
We wish to extend our heartfelt thanks to all who cared for Jim, the Doctors, Nurses and staff of Male Medical and the Renal Unit, Daisy Hill Hospital, Rathfriland Health Centre and the staff of Mayobridge Pharmacy.
We express our deep gratitude to Fr. Charlie Byrne, for all his kind support and for celebrating the Requiem mass with us. Thank you to all who did readings and gifts and to Eileen Mooney and Colleen Walls for the beautiful music and singing.
Thanks to Pauline O'Hare and the staff of the Downshire Arms Hotel for the lovely food after the funeral.
Lastly a special thanks to Peter McGinn Funeral Directors, for all their kindness and professionalism throughout the wake and funeral.
Jim's Month's Mind Mass will be celebrated on Sunday 17th July @ 11.30am in St John the Evangelist, Ballymaghery, Hilltown
