VAN HALL JAN JACOB - Died August 5, 2016. At hospital. Late of Hesketh Road.
Beloved husband of Helma, much loved father of Dennis and Remko, father-in-law of Carla and Linda and a loving grandad.
Funeral service will be held at Roselawn Crematorium on Wednesday 10th August at 3.00pm.
Will be sadly missed by his loving family circle. At peace.
