The family of the late Janet Maxwell, Newtownstewart, would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to all those who have sympathised with us in our recent bereavement.

Thanks to everyone who attended the wake and funeral, those who brought food and refreshments to the house and those who sent sympathy cards and flowers/donations in lieu. Additional thanks to Bob Moore and Rev Craig of Newtownstewart Presbyterian church.

The family wishes to recognise Rev John Hanna for his continued care and the beautiful funeral service he delivered.

Sincere appreciation also goes to Hood and Co undertakers, and especially Bob, for providing a superbly professional and dignified service throughout.

We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to the batallion of carers that have looked after Janet in recent years with such attentiveness and enthusiasm.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we, Janet’s family, hope that this acknowledgement is accepted as a token of our sincere and heartfelt appreciation at this time.

Always loved and sadly missed by sons Spencer (Donna) and Simon (Allison), granddaughter Aurora, sisters Chris and Cath, brother Jon, extended family and friends.
