Jennifer DUNN

The family of the late Jennifer Dunn wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement.

Thanks especially to Dr Foy from the Mandeville Unit in Craigavon hospital, to Dr Mullen for his care and compassion for Jennifer in her final days, along with the other doctors and staff at Oaks Family Practice as well as the staff at Gordon’s Chemist Cookstown. To the District Nurses, Carers and Marie Curie nurses who made it possible for Mummy to spend her last few weeks at home surrounded by family, we are eternally thankful.

To all who visited, sent messages of sympathy, telephoned, gave donations to Hope House Ireland and all those who attended the wake and funeral or helped in any way.

Special thanks to Canon Norman Porteus who, just 3 months after conducting her wedding, made Jennifer’s funeral such a personal tribute and beautiful celebration of her life, assisted by Canon Drew Dawson. Thanks also to Rev. Tom Greer for his spiritual support to the family throughout Jennifer’s illness.

We pay tribute to Steenson Funeral Directors, to Bryan and Carole for the dignified way in which the funeral arrangements were conducted.

Although we cannot thank each person individually, we hope that this acknowledgement will suffice as a token of our sincere thanks and appreciation.
