John and Joseph McGARRITY

The family of the late John and Joseph Mc Garrity wish to acknowledge with deep appreciation the many expressions of love and support shown to them during their recent, sad bereavements. Heartfelt thanks to the many relatives, friends, neighbours and colleagues for their acts of kindness in calling at the family home, sending Mass cards, letters and messages of sympathy, those who brought food, provided equipment or helped in any way and to all those from near and far who attended the funerals. Our sincere thanks to Fr Hughes for the beautiful requiem masses and to the family choir for the uplifting music and singing. A special word of thanks to all the staff of Loy Medical Centre, Cookstown for their excellent medical attention over the years. Sincere thanks also to the staff of Antrim Area Hospital who cared for daddy with such compassion and dedication. To the emergency services and to those who stopped their cars to assist Joe at the roadside and to Fr Declan Mc Geehan, Killyclogher for his pastoral care, we are deeply grateful. Heartfelt thanks also to Michael and Seamus McGuigan for their guidance and support and for the dignified and professional way in which they carried out the funeral arrangements. We extend thanks also to the grave diggers who gave their time so willingly. Thanks also to those who made donations to SVP in lieu of flowers. As it would be impossible to thank individually all those whose kindness has brought such comfort to us, we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all with our sincere gratitude.

St. Joseph, patron of departing souls, Pray for them.

Month’s mind mass for John and Joseph will be celebrated on Friday 3rd March at 7:30pm in St. Mary’s church, Dunamore.
There will also be a mass for Joseph in St. Mary’s Church, Killyclogher on Thursday 9th March at 10:00 am.
