The family, Myrtle, John, Norman and Julie wish to acknowledge those who sympathised with them in the recent bereavement.
To the friends and neighbours who telephoned, sent cards with words of comfort and support, we are truly grateful.
A special word of thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff of Ward A1 and B3 in Antrim Area for the excellent care that was given to John during his 12 weeks in hospital.
Thanks to the Reverend Stephen McBride, who carried out the funeral service.
Thanks also to the team at Bairds Funeral Directors, who made all the arrangements in a caring and dignified manner.
