Peacefully surrounded by his loving family at Altnagelvin Hospital
and late of 12 Knockgreenan Avenue, Hospital Road, Omagh.
Dearly beloved husband of Betty.
A cherished father of Alison (Rodney), Paula (Mitchel) and Jacqueline (Adrian).
An adored grandfather of Zara, Luke, Jasmine, Aaron, Joel, Emma and Joshua
and a dear brother of Tom, Nathaniel Austraila, and the late James, David, Kenneth, William and Margaret
Everyone is welcome to call at his late home on Saturday from 3-8pm.
Service of Thanksgiving for the life of Jack,
will be held in Omagh Methodist Church on Sunday at 2.00pm, followed by committal in Togherdoo Cemetery
