Peacefully at South West Acute Hospital and late of 71 Castleview Park, Omagh, formerly Gortin.
Dearly beloved partner of Margaret, a devoted father of Richard (Melinda), William, Cecil, Margaret, Ruth, Caroline, Irene, Helen and the late Robert and John, step-father of Georgina (Patrick). A much-loved granda of Leanne and Joanne and dear brother of Irene and Irvine.

Everyone is welcome to call at Armstrong’s Funeral Home on Wednesday from 6-8pm and Thursday evening from 5-8pm.
Service of Thanksgiving for the life of Joe will be held in Armstrong’s Funeral Home at 1:00pm followed by committal in Greenhill Cemetery.
